Previously known as Samrya 44, Fifth Estate rebranded and relaunched The Vyra, including a new name, new positioning, identity and marketing roll-out.

The brand identity for The Vyra was inspired by the romantic elegance of the refined classic decor that you find within The Vyra. Throughout the creative Fifth Estate embraced the delicate crafted details, creating a brand which was rich in lifestyle and moments.

The Vyra transformed the Samrya brand from “family-owned” business, to developer, owner and operator of Qatar’s most prestigious hospitality brand. As a result, Samrya generated significant interest from agents, and through showing The Vyra to investors they secured 80% of their funding for the next project.
