The Plaza required a positioning that could hold multiple worlds together. As a development spanning hotel, residential and retail, it needed to feel cohesive without uniformity, luxurious without excess, and timeless without nostalgia. The challenge was to create a brand that balanced grandeur with modern relevance.
The narrative was shaped around the idea of A Modern Classic. Inspired by Parisian architecture and Arabian hospitality, the brand brings together two design languages into a single, composed identity. Classical proportion, symmetry and elegance are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, allowing the building to feel established from day one while remaining forward-looking.
Visual and verbal expression reflect this duality. Rich materials, refined typography and dramatic contrast create a sense of depth and sophistication, while editorial imagery and modern composition prevent the brand from feeling static or ceremonial. The experience unfolds with confidence and restraint, allowing atmosphere and craftsmanship to lead rather than declaration.
